The planning director told commissioners the department processed 75 land-use permits last year and completed a full slate of project reviews, including planned residential developments (PRDs), preliminary plats and five site-plan reviews. "We had a total of 75 land use permits last year," the director said.
Staff noted specific projects that went through review: Audrey Estates (PRD and preliminary plat), the Westry unit-lot (decision received recently), and commercial design reviews that included a Taco Time location currently under construction. The director said recommendations of approval were upheld by the hearing examiner and are moving through the building-permit process.
