The planning director presented the commissions annual transaction and expenditure report required by the municipal code and said the document will be transmitted to the City Council on Feb. 5. Commissioners were offered the opportunity to suggest changes before that transmission.
The director said department expenses for code-amendment advertising and packet mailings totaled "just under $600." The department also adopted a biennial fee schedule update that adds a technology fee to recoup costs for SmartGov, the permitting database used for electronic permit review.
