The Saginaw Township Board of Education convened a special meeting on Sept. 8, 2025, at the Arrowwood Conference Center. President Janice Collison called the meeting to order at 8:39 p.m.; roll call recorded five board members present and two absent, and the board declared a quorum.
Board member Jenean Coughlin moved to adopt the agenda for the special meeting; David Booth seconded. The minutes record the roll-call vote as "Yes: all. No: none," and the motion was adopted. The board then approved minutes from the P3 meeting and the regular meeting dated Aug. 11, 2025, on a motion by Jenean Coughlin seconded by David Booth; that motion also passed unanimously.
The minutes record no public commenters during the allocated public comment period. After the Human Resources report and related personnel actions, David Booth moved to adjourn; Jenean Coughlin seconded, and the board adjourned at 8:42 p.m. The minutes include a signature line for Michele DeShone as secretary.
