Trustee Jose Quintero moved and Trustee Maria Zarate seconded approval of the OpenGov invoice for $78,393.33. The committee voted unanimously to approve payment and forward the payment authorization to the Village Board as appropriate.
Chau did not present a request to change the software vendor; rather, the item was approval of the year’s consolidated invoice and confirmation that IT staff will continue addressing record‑update issues raised by users.
