Trent Woods schedules Earth Week activities and community event at Cottle Park in April

Town Clerk Holly Willis told the board that Trent Woods will host Earth Week April 20–24, 2026, with speakers from local organizations and businesses on topics related to health and wellness. The week will culminate in a community-wide event on Saturday, April 25 at Cottle Park featuring an art exhibit from Bangert Elementary students, Boy & Girl Scout exhibits, a tree dedication for the town, and vendor participation from Fancy Fries Food Truck and Sunset Ice Cream and Italian Ice.
Willis said booth space will be available for organizations to display and market their services; the town plans to have the 4" x 12" embossed car tags available for purchase at the March 19 "Historically Speaking" event. The Earth Week programming is intended to engage residents with local organizations and student participation.
