Lockney council approves SPAG interlocal to pursue downtown pavilion grant

"Dart Carthel made a motion to enter into an interlocal agreement with SPAG to make application for the Downtown Revitalization Grant," which Donnie McLaughlin seconded; the motion carried with all members voting in favor. The council did not set specific design or budget details during the meeting and directed staff to proceed with the application process.
