The Littlefield Independent School District Board of Trustees met Aug. 15 in the Jerry Blakely Administration Building and approved a series of routine business items, including the sale of district trust properties and several procurement contracts. The board recorded unanimous 4–0 tallies on multiple motions, and took personnel actions after returning from executive session.
The board designated Leisa Kloiber to calculate the district's No-New Revenue and Voter Approval Tax Rates and approved the Centergas Fuels, INC. fuel bid and the milk bid from Food King #8 for the 2024–25 school year. The board also authorized reimbursement from district operating funds to the High School Student FFA Activity Account. The meeting included a Financial and Investment Review approval and ended after the board was briefed on training opportunities by Superintendent Mitch McNeese.
