Trent Woods approves resolutions to auction surplus property and allow intergovernmental donations
Summary

Shortly after, Commissioner Joiner moved to approve a resolution permitting the Town to donate surplus personal property, including supplies and equipment, to another governmental unit; Commissioner Turney seconded and that motion also passed unanimously.
These two resolutions were adopted by voice vote at the Feb. 5 meeting. The minutes do not list specific items to be disposed or donated; staff will implement the resolutions in accordance with town policy and state law.
