Local resident and engineer Joe Avolis told the Board he had concerns about construction details that will be addressed in the bid documents and during contractor selection. Mayor Chuck Tyson and staff indicated the concerns would be considered during the bid phase and that bidding should allow those issues to be resolved before construction begins.
