Grand County OKs EMS HVAC upgrades, new data‑sharing software and travel for staff training

Chief Wingate summarized the HVAC need: "Before you today is a request to move forward with, awarding 2 bids for upgrading the HVAC system at, Station 4 and in the coroner's office." Staff explained the OTEC tool as a data aggregation system that allows responders to see multiple data feeds on one map and coordinate operations.
Commissioners recorded unanimous approval on the motions authorizing contract execution, OTEC acceptance and travel.
