Resident raises ongoing drainage concerns; board cites comprehensive plan

Commissioner M. Shane Turney referenced the town's comprehensive plan as the framework for determining priorities and timelines for drainage repairs across the town. Residents in attendance from the affected area were named in the minutes; no immediate remedial action beyond the ongoing drainage project was authorized at the meeting, and one resident said he had not received further updates from the developer on Blackledge Circle issues.
Board members acknowledged the concerns and reiterated that the town would evaluate issues in the context of the drainage project and the comprehensive plan and that staff would continue communications with affected residents.
