Deb Ruttenberg, Grand County Director of Human Services, presented an intergovernmental agreement that would allow the county to earn incentive funding from the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing.
Ruttenberg said the agreement includes three incentive categories — performance compliance, customer service performance, and county collaboration — and "the total of those 3 would end up being the ability to earn $9,900.05." She told commissioners the initial agreement covers the current fiscal year through June 30, 2026, and the county will receive option letters in subsequent years to pursue additional incentives.
Commissioners moved to approve the IGA and allow the chair to sign via DocuSign. Ruttenberg said she will return to the board during the budget process with more detailed conversation tied to federal reconciliation impacts.
