LOHN ISD board unanimously approves prior minutes, payment of bills and fiscal manual

The LOHN Independent School District board approved three formal items during the Aug. 20 special meeting. Bobby Pearce moved to approve the minutes from the Aug. 8, 2024 meeting; Stephanie Nelson seconded and the motion carried unanimously. "Bobby Pearce made motion to approve presented minutes from August 8th, 2024 meeting. Stephanie Nelson 2nd. Motion carried unanimously," the minutes state.
The board also voted to pay the presented bills after a motion by Julie Walker Popp and second by Brad Ellis, and adopted the presented Fiscal Manual on a motion by Brad Ellis seconded by Julie Walker Popp. All three measures passed unanimously with the five voting trustees recorded present.
