Council authorizes negotiation of lease for Bass House with Southside Rentals

He said their peak season is May through September and that they "would prefer to pay annually instead of monthly." Councilmember Larry Sutherland moved to negotiate and draw up a contract; Randy Page seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Council noted a formal lease will need review by the city attorney before execution.
