Todd County's board voted March 18 to approve a hold-harmless agreement petition allowing a private landowner to clean a segment of County Ditch 27.
County staff presented a petition from Bruce Seedler to clean approximately 3,826 feet of the main ditch on his parcels (280014100 and 280014400) and a section on Charles Dickey's parcel in Wycombe Township. Staff noted the project will be performed at the petitioner's expense and that documents and pictures were attached for review. "Acting as ditch authority approves a hold harmless agreement petition from Bruce Seedler to clean approximately 3,826 feet of the main ditch of County Ditch 27," staff read during the presentation.
Commissioners moved and seconded the item and approved the hold-harmless agreement by voice vote with no objections recorded. County staff indicated signatures were in order and the work can proceed under the terms presented.
