Woodway reports $75,000 Snohomish County grant for 2025 street overlays; stormwater plan update discussed

Public Works Director Collin Harlow told the Woodway Town Council the Town "has been awarded a $75,000 grant from Snohomish County to be used for 2025 street overlays." Harlow also gave a brief update on the Stormwater Comprehensive Plan update process and the Council discussed the implications for project scheduling.
Clerk-Treasurer Heidi Napolitino provided information on staffing and succession planning for administrative staff and summarized bills currently before the state legislature that may affect Town operations.
