The council then approved minutes for Dec. 2, 2024, Jan. 6, 2025 and Jan. 21, 2025 on single motions made and seconded by councilmembers John Brock, Steve Gunn and Rajeev Thakur, respectively, each of which passed without opposition.
The approvals were processed as consent items at the start of the meeting. The motions recorded in the minutes name the mover and seconder for each vote but do not list individual roll-call votes or tallies beyond the note that each motion "passed unanimously." No public comment was offered on the items.
