Superintendent Brian Rentsch presented a consolidation briefing on April 13 that tied potential facility decisions to district finances, property tax reform, proceeds from the 2020 levy and federal ESSER funds. He also listed state bills under consideration that could affect district operations, including HB 455, HB 625, HB 661 and several Senate bills.
On the possible high‑school addition, Rentsch said the district team has met again with the architect and asked the board whether to proceed with producing a design set so the district would be ready if it decides to move forward. Board members agreed to continue the design process. Mr. Rentsch presented the March financial report in the absence of Mrs. Beckley, the treasurer.
