On Case ZPA 26-V-02 the commission approved variances allowing Speco to expand existing buildings at 9323 and 9327 Seymour Avenue, including a reduction in the rear yard setback to 5.5 feet and a 7-foot reduction in the east side yard, conditioned on lot consolidation prior to permit issuance. On Case ZPA 26-A-04 the commission voted to add a C-3/O Flex Commercial Overlay District to identified parcels in the I‑1 district, which staff said would affect roughly 22 of 31 properties. There were no public comments, and the meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
