Superintendent outlines 'Vision 2030' and learner-profile effort to guide district instruction

He also summarized summer professional development, which included mathematics training for nearly 300 teachers and AVID summer institute attendance by more than 70 educators, and highlighted safety and security trainings led by district safety personnel.
Dr. Miranda said the district will use the learner-profile process to increase coherence across schools, departments and community partners and described it as a "North Star" to inform curriculum and professional learning in the years ahead.
