The minutes reference the Cash SUD purchase agreement from 2021 and state the city may require the developer to pay costs associated with providing additional water volumes.
Council also said the proposed dedication of Mill Street as a second entrance/exit would require road upgrades and recommended a traffic study. The council recorded the specific code sections that the application allegedly violated and denied the plat without approving any revisions at this meeting.
