County farmworker study finds crowded, often substandard housing and transportation gaps

Mason said the study’s next phase is an action plan through next fall and that the county and consultant BAE Urban Economics will lead stakeholder interviews and implementation steps; councilmembers urged continued local outreach to ensure adequate farmworker participation in follow-ups.
