Committee approves redevelopment planning services for Block 230, Amazon performance bond, veteran exemption and other redevelopment items

The Township Committee approved multiple redevelopment and development‑related resolutions on April 15. RESOLUTION 2026-84 authorized Redevelopment Planning Services from Bach Associates for $7,200 for Block 230, Lot 18.02 and RESOLUTION 2026-85 authorized a non‑condemnation redevelopment area preliminary investigation for the same parcel.
The committee also approved performance and safety/stabilization bonds for Block 255, Lot 12 (Amazon Fulfillment Urban Renewal Carneys Point, LLC) and authorized a 100% total disabled veteran exemption for Block 159, Lot 30.01. An estoppel letter required for new financing of the Delaware View Apartments project (RESOLUTION 2026-90) was also authorized. The committee appointed Daniel Fredo as a Public Works mechanic effective April 16 (RESOLUTION 2026-91).
