Township reports UCC department and park losses; prior staff changes noted

Mrs. Ehret distributed a UCC department revenue profit/loss report and told the committee the park posted a loss of approximately $230,000 last year. She said that in 2023 there was also a loss when the Construction Code Official became full time, and that this past year the payroll increases contributed to the shortfall.
Committee members asked for clearer backup on revenue lines and PILOT adjustments. Mrs. Ehret said she and Mrs. Kelly (referred to in discussion as Treasurer) reviewed PILOT numbers and made adjustments; Mr. Brown asked staff to provide a summary page to help committee review and public transparency.
