Committee moves Juneteenth holiday recognition forward; subcommittee to refine details

Mayor Bomba asked for a subcommittee to work out implementation details and asked Mr. Brown to serve with Mrs. Martin. Committee members noted employees already have 13 paid holidays and that details about scheduling and operational coverage remained to be resolved; the item was placed back on a future agenda for further discussion.
