Board approves special-education specialist hire, two new employees and routine consent items

The motions were moved and seconded as recorded in the minutes and passed on unanimous 7–0 roll-call votes.
At the same meeting the board approved the consent agenda covering student body accounts for Los Molinos High School, Los Molinos Elementary School and Vina Elementary School, and approved current monthly bills (moved by Sue Knox and seconded by Krista Andersen). Those consent items carried 7–0. The minutes do not include salary figures or start dates for the newly hired employees; staff follow-up would be required to obtain personnel details.
