Board approves revised Airbnb addendum and directs enforcement letters to short-term operators

Following the addendum approval, Director Joel Prock moved — and Director Doug Parsley seconded — to send letters to residents operating short-term rentals. The motion passed unanimously. The district's attorney told the board that residents who remain out of compliance could face lot-lease revocation, and staff will coordinate drafting and delivery of the enforcement letters.
