Council authorizes staff to contact Caprock Waste after executive session; sanitation-rate ordinance tabled

Separately, Council Member Janet Peterson-Gonzales moved to table Ordinance 011325 (a proposed sanitation-rate increase) until the dumpster issue has been resolved; Council Member Cheryl Birdwell seconded and that motion also passed 5–0.
