Planning staff explained an audit of Title 17 zoning use tables that identified clerical errors related to business-license requirements across several zones (RM-12, MU, SSC, BJ, RWO, JMO, RC, CI, TODO). Elizabeth Arnold said staff updated the tables "to accurately reflect which uses require business licenses" and confirmed public notice had been sent as required by code.
Council opened and closed the public-comment period without speakers and then voted unanimously to approve Ordinance No. 2025-O-14. The motion to approve was made by Council Member Heidi Robinson and seconded by Council Member Bonnie Billings; all five council members present voted aye.
