Board approves boat docks, replat and continues tree-trimming contract

Director Kade Garner moved to accept the replat for Lots 522 and 523 Comanche, a change that moves the lot line about six feet into the original Lot 522 and for which a neighbor, Robert McGuire, had indicated approval.
Directors also approved continuing the district's contract with Hildebrandt Tree Tech for pruning and dead-limb removal as part of lake beautification; the packet cited a prior total of $21,800 for removal and pruning work. All motions passed unanimously.
