The minutes list updates on Lilly Lane, Third Street and Ella Street improvements, an H&P water-line lowering project, and a Water Well #8 update. The attorney was reported to be working on a voluntary school annexation, and the Comprehensive Plan/Zoning Ordinance grant work is in progress.
Council approved staff reports from the Jan. 13 meeting and the current staff reports on unanimous votes. The minutes also note business-development items in the City Manager's report, including the opening of an O'Reilly's location and that McDonald's is still considering Bullard for a restaurant site.
