Bullard council approves downtown Spring Fling for April 25 with street closure

The motion, made by Mayor Pro Tem Mark Anderson and seconded by Councilmember Chuck Redwing, carried unanimously and the council adopted Resolution 2026-0210.
The approval authorizes a temporary closure of North Phillips Street between Main Street and Emma Street on the event date from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The minutes record an alternate setup plan to use Phillips Street and sidewalks with property-owner permission if road construction prevents use of the downtown green space. The resolution is attached to the minutes as Resolution 2026-0210.
