Council Member Earlene Rampy motioned to approve the minutes (vote: four in favor, one abstained). Council Member Rhonda Cypert moved to approve the April 2025 financial statements and Council Member Cheryl Birdwell seconded; the minutes record five in favor and the motion passed.
