Selectboard approves warrants, liquor license, sign request and personnel item in routine actions

On warrants, the board approved warrants SB22194, SB22197 and SB22198 on motion; Tyler Mitchell recused himself on warrants SB22195, SB22196 and SB22199 because of Fire Department items and Clayton Woodworth moved to approve those warrants, which the board carried. Payroll warrants for 06/14/2026 and 06/28/2026 were approved; Tyler recused himself from the 06/28/2026 payroll warrant because he was listed on it. The board approved a first-class liquor license for Rock Solid Crew's August event on Flint Road after Barbara Graham reported the application and payment; Scott McCarthy moved to approve and Tyler Mitchell seconded.
Resident Scott Hulbert asked the board to install a "No Thru Truck" sign on Circle Street; Tyler moved to allow the town to purchase and install the sign, Clayton seconded and the motion carried. The meeting recessed into executive session for personnel discussion and, upon returning, the board approved one extra week of vacation for Town Manager Ryan Lockwood on a motion by Clayton Woodworth, seconded by Scott McCarthy. The meeting adjourned at 8:37 p.m.
