Susan Lyons, a member of the Williamstown Planning Commission, told the board that developer Larry Hebert has begun work on a Route 14 project consisting of two apartment buildings with four apartments in each building. "This is the one for two apartment buildings with four apartments in each building," Lyons said, and commissioners noted the housing from that project will be added toward the town’s future housing target calculations.
CVRPC staff materials presented earlier list housing goals as part of broader Future Land Use and growth projections; commissioners did not take formal action on the Route 14 project at the meeting but asked that the development’s contribution be considered in forthcoming housing-target discussions.
