Resident tells council a decade‑long Butler Drive stormwater problem remains unresolved

Council and staff acknowledged stormwater is a technical engineering issue and said they would have the director follow up with Mr. Flor to determine the status of any inspections and remediation. The mayor stressed the manager would find out why the resident did not receive a response and that staff would get back to him.
