BOE clarifies USPS postmark rules, says ballots postmarked June 16 count if received by June 26

Evans also said the BOE and USPS have been in contact; USPS clarified postmark practices and BOE will provide public guidance and town halls with USPS representatives to reduce confusion about timely mail delivery and postmarking.
