Planning Commission member Ken Ormond told the Council the Commission passed a proposed amendment to zoning codes 24-01-16 and 24-44-51 that would require all lots, including corner lots, to have 100-foot frontage on any road. Ormond said formal documentation of the amendment would be forwarded to the Council within one to two weeks.
Ormond also reported on conditional use permits: the CUP for Brian Gilbert was found unnecessary because the accessory dwelling unit was covered under existing provisions, while three other CUPs remained tabled while City Planner Madison Brown continued work on related items.
