Willard readies Fourth of July celebration; volunteers sought and bandstand program expanded

The Council also provided informal input on nominees for Citizen of the Year, Grand Marshal and Business of the Year and delegated final selections to the 4th of July Committee chair so plaques could be ordered in time.
