Council member Brian Blankenship moved to adopt the Rumpke addendum and Lyle Anthony seconded the adoption motion. The record shows no amendment to the addendum during the meeting. The ordinance was presented on the consent of council and is intended to lock in pricing terms for residential or municipal solid-waste services under the existing franchise agreement with Rumpke.
