Commissioners approve road‑use agreements for Spectrum and Pinnacle, table utility expansion

On a related set of pipeline/road agreements, Commissioner Workman emphasized to the Pinnacle representative that the listed county roads are oil‑sand subdivision roads "and were not engineered for heavy trucks, so any damage must be repaired." The Pinnacle representative "assured the Court that they will repair any damage incurred." Workman moved to approve 120‑day agreements for the listed roads excluding CR 206; Commissioner Foley seconded and the motion carried. Separately, a proposal to add utilities to the existing pipeline agreement was moved and seconded to table; the Court tabled that item.
