Wharton Street easement as shown on the submitted plot. Council Member Wiese moved to adopt the resolution and Council Member Grimes seconded.
The measure passed on a 3–2 vote with Council Members Wiese, Grimes and Mayor Pro Tem Alford voting in favor and Council Member Hoffpauir and Council Member Walston voting against. The resolution text was numbered 2024-003 in the minutes; the motion removed any persons not named on the submitted plot and set the license agreement terms as described in the documentation before the council.
