City contracts Deckard via Azavar to improve short-term rental identification and compliance

Meyer said Localgov automates tax/fee calculations and secure payments and that Deckard would provide internet scraping and monitoring services without increasing the city's current software costs. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the professional services contract.
