The City Commission approved a participation agreement allowing property owners Chris and Don Carl Tardy Jr. and tenant 7-Brew Enterprises to relocate water infrastructure required by an alley right-of-way vacation near 207–208 23rd Street.
Planning and Development Director Dustin Meyer said the estimated cost to the owner/tenant for onsite water-relocation work would range from $10,800 to $23,525 and that the agreement would allow a quicker process by having the owner/tenant carry out the construction while the City performs related onsite work. The motion to approve carried unanimously.
