Commissioners approve clerical replat correction and temporary road work plan for Wildwood Lakes

On a related item the court approved a conditional plan to perform oil, sand and labor on the subdivision’s internal roads, contingent on full funding for the oil and sand and the existence of a written agreement with the developer. The court recorded intent to accept the internal roads into county maintenance at a later date once conditions are met.
