Commissioner Kyle Workman raised specific grievances about Spectrum contractors working in Precinct 3 and asked the company to address operational problems. Mr. Michael Klesel, Vice President of Operations–South, and Mr. Hunter Evans, Construction Manager with TAK Broadband, addressed the court and reassured commissioners the issues would be resolved.
Following the discussion, Commissioner Workman moved and Commissioner Foley seconded a motion to release Spectrum to resume construction projects in Precinct 3; the motion carried. The court did not record conditions attached to the release beyond the company’s assurance that the problems would be addressed.
