The Lorenzo City Council voted Nov. 12 to approve a Cyber Liability and Data Breach Response Interlocal Agreement with the Texas Municipal League (TML).
Council Member Rhonda Cypert moved to approve the interlocal agreement and Council Member Hilda Castillo seconded. The motion passed with four votes in favor and one absent. The minutes do not include the agreement’s terms, coverage limits, or effective dates.
Approving the interlocal agreement gives the city access to TML’s cyber response resources; staff will publish the agreement and address any follow-up administrative steps as appropriate.
