"Motion by Jaques, second Glazman, to accept high bid as presented and forward to County Board. Motion carried unanimously," the minutes state. The committee also approved BID 3-24 (Roy’s Addition to Superior City, Zoned C-2 Highway Commercial) with a $2,025 high bid from Dalbec Sport & Cycle LLC (Nicholas Dalbec); that motion carried unanimously.
On BID 9-26 — a package of lots on 9th Street in the City of Superior zoned F1 Forestry — New York Avenue Properties LLC (Wade Hill) submitted the high bid of $18,000. Minutes note that "Wade Hill spoke regarding concerns with the new auction site." The committee voted to accept the bid and forward it to the County Board; the action "carried with one dissenting vote," according to the official record. No roll call tally was requested or recorded in the minutes.
The actions on all three bids were recorded as resolutions to be forwarded to the full County Board for final approval.
