Wendy Bong moved and Mike Streveler seconded a motion to approve the minutes from the April 15, 2026 meeting; the motion carried.
The committee scheduled a special meeting for July 15, 2026 as a future agenda item. At the close of the session, Bong again moved and Streveler seconded to adjourn; the motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 3:03 p.m. Minutes were submitted by Lindsey Conley, Committee Clerk.
