Commission hears Safe Streets for All draft action plan from consultant team

Representatives of Goodman Corporation, Senior Associates Yige Eagle Tang and Abdul Maani, presented a draft Safe Streets for All (SS4A) action plan and summarized outreach and analysis completed to date. Planning and Development Director Dustin Meyer introduced the presentation; the city contracted with Goodman Corporation in July 2025 to assist with SS4A plan development.
No formal action was taken at the March 3 meeting. During the public comment portion of the agenda, local resident Chris Pittman spoke in support of the Safe Streets for All program, an expression of community backing noted by staff before the presentation.
